E-Mailing List: Use not Abuse

Obviously we believe that electronic communication and media can be used to spread God's Word. Having said this, we aim to encourage and assist your successful message / communication via electronic means.

E-mail lists are helpful in enhancing communication and we can help your perform this process. However, often information can be published online instead of an email broadcast. This permits the user to retrieve the information ("pull") as they desire instead of having it broadcast ("pushed") to them (everyone). There are actually many benefits to implementing your communication this way.

  1. Increase use of your web site by members and thus visitors.
  2. Reduces bandwidth and hardware demands for you and actually the world which reduces costs as well.
  3. Conditions the recipient to read what you send them because you do overload them with email.
  4. Improves communication.
  5. Many, many more reasons to publish instead of broadcast.

We'll help you implement a mailing-list system. However, we'll require that you honor a user's rights to unsubscribe. Continued complaints of abuse from users or Internet Service Providers (ISP) shall result in suspension of e-mailing operations.

E-Mail Abuse

We voluntarily participate in a No-Spam policy and shall enforce our clients do this as well. Complaints can be filed via abuse@churcheasy.com.
